Purpose of the service

Easymmo monitors Belgian real estate agencies' websites to inform you as soon as a new listing matches your criteria. We do not sell or host listings: each alert contains a link to the original source.

Account creation

To use the service, you must provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the use of your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service to spam, scrape or overload partner agencies.
• Do not create multiple accounts or deliberately very broad alerts for the sole purpose of massively harvesting the data made available by real estate agencies.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not republish or commercialize our alerts without prior authorization.

The service is intended for personal and reasonable use; any attempt at massive or automated extraction may lead to the immediate suspension of the account and legal action if necessary. We reserve the right to suspend an account in the event of abusive use.

Liability

We do everything we can to provide a reliable service, without absolute guarantee. Easymmo cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability, delayed alerts or errors in the source listings.

Intellectual property

All elements of the website (texts, visuals, logo, interface) are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or representation is prohibited.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may also terminate the service or a given account with written notice, in particular in the event of a breach of these terms.

Governing law and contact
