What data is collected?

We only collect the information needed to create and manage your property alerts:

  • Account identifier (email address).
  • Alert preferences (location, budget, property characteristics).
  • History of alerts sent and related interactions.
  • Technical data needed for the operation, security and measurement of the service.

We use cookies necessary for the website to work. With your consent, we also use measurement cookies and advertising tools, including Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to understand the effectiveness of our campaigns and improve our ads.

You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner.

Purposes and legal bases

The data is used to:

  • Create and manage your Easymmo account (performance of the contract).
  • Send alerts matching your criteria (performance of the contract).
  • Answer your support requests (legitimate interest).
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, attribute conversions and optimize our ads on Meta platforms, only with your marketing consent.

Retention period

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts are deleted after 24 months without a login. You can request the immediate deletion of your data at any time.

Technical data used for advertising measurement is kept only as long as necessary for that purpose, then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. It is only shared with the technical providers essential to running the service (hosting, emailing), located within the European Union or in countries offering an adequate level of protection.

When you accept marketing cookies, certain technical data and usage events may be shared with our advertising partners, in particular Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure and optimize our campaigns.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. To exercise them, contact us at [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) in Belgium.
